🌼 Important Information Before Purchase 🌼

In what reasons Sphiria accept exchange & refunds?

Sphiria provides exchange & refunds only for the following reasons:

  1. Major manufacturing defective item
  2. Incorrect Item

*Strictly NO Exchange, Returns or Refunds if the item is used or damaged by customers.

*Sales, Offer or Promotion items are non-refundable/exchangable.

Out of Stock Items / No Longer Available Items
  • Sphiria reserves the right to discontinue or mark any items as unavailable without prior notice.
  • If an ordered item becomes unavailable after the order is placed, customers will be promptly notified via email/whatsapp and given the option to either receive a refund or exchange the unavailable item for other available pieces.
  • If the chosen item is of lesser value than the origianl item, a refund for the price difference will be issued. Conversely, if the replacement item is of higher value, customers will be required to pay the additional cost.

For any defected or stained item measuring 1cm and above; OR
For items received in the wrong size or type from Sphiria
  • We will gladly provide an exchange with a new, identical piece; OR
  • We will provide you an exchange with the correct item.
  • 1 to 1 exchange of the same item you have purchased (same design, same size)
  • Exchange of design/size will have an additional charge of RM50 per item and customer shall bear the Return & Resend shipping cost.
  • Item has to be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for exchange or refund.

For ALL defects / wrong item exchange and return
  • Please send the defected/stained or incorrect item back to us. The postage will be covered by Sphiria.
  • The exchange or returned item should have tags intact and be in the original condition as received (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
  • Please contact us and provide the following details to initiate the item exchange:
    • ( 1 ) Order ID
    • ( 2 ) Photo(s) of the item that you have received wrongly or defected
  • Do not return items without informing us beforehand or we will not accept.
  • Please note that we only accept returns within 5 working days from the day when the parcel tracking status shows "Delivered/Received".
  • Customers hold full responsibility until we receive the returned item.
  • In the event that the item for exchange becomes unavailable (refer to Out of Stock Items / No Longer Available Items), customers can choose to receive a refund or select other available items from our store.

Please note that we do not accept exchange/refunds for :-
  • Items that did not fit well
  • Wrong size purchases
  • Items that did not look as expected
  • Do not like the item

🌷 To ensure a proper fit, kindly refer to the measurements provided on each product's description page before proceeding with your purchase.

and ALL reasons listed below are NOT considered defects:
  • Colour variation from product photos, e.g. ivory vs cream
  • Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns, and arrangements, lace arrangements, etc.
  • Slight size variation of within +/-3cm on measurements.
  • Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, etc.
  • Defect is found to be a minor stain removable by wash.
  • Self-inflicted damage (clothing tag is being pulled off forcefully instead of being cut) or cut to the item.
  • Customer's subjective opinions on item's quality and preference.

Minor Defects or Dirt Stains below 1cm
  • Due to stocks are coming in bulk,please note that there can be minuteor defects or dirt stains on the item. We regret to inform you that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds for slight defects. 
  • Rest assured, we inspect each piece before shipping to ensure there are no obvious dirt stains or defects.

How do I return the items?
  • Send us a Direct Message on Instagram with the following details:
    • Subject: RETURN
    • Order Number:
    • Product(s) Name:
    • Reason for return: (Items with defects; attach photo(s) if possible / incorrect item received)

Sphiria reserves the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, does not meet our return policy standards, return after the stipulated return period OR are found to be misusing the system.
