Q: What is PREORDER?

Preorder items are products that are currently out of stock due to high demand and great response, and in the process of being restocked. When it arrives, we will drop you a notification email and send out your order right away!

Q: How will I know if my preorder/backorder items are ready?

When your preorder items have arrived, we'll dispatch it right away and send you the tracking details via email.

Q: How do I know if the item is readystock or preorder?

Products that are readystock you can choose the option "in stock", products that are preorder you can choose the option "pre order".

Q: When will my order arrive?

Estimated time of arrival: 14-21 working days

Once your order is placed and payment is completed, we will process and ship out your order within 14 - 21 working days after each order's batch cut off date.

Q: Where can I check my order status?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with the title "your order is shipped". This email will show your tracking number and the courier company we used. You can click on the "track my order" button in the email to check your parcel status.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can only cancel the order if the status is "Pending on Pyament", or if you have not been charged for the order yet. Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to cancel your order.

If you insists, a 15% administration fee will be charged and deducted from the total refund amount.

All payment must be made for preorder items to be confirmed inclding self pick-up orders.

Q: Can I have my readystock items shipped out first and preorder items later?

By default, we will only ship your order altogether after your preorder arrives. If you wish us to send your readystock items separately, please contact and request from us. Additional shipping fees will be charged accordingly.

Q: What if I need it before 10 workding days?

We would recommend to place your order at least 3-4 weeks in advanced from your expected receival date as shipping takes 1-5 working days to deliver.
